This Site is operated by ARXtudio Technologies Private Limited, the owner of the ARXprints brand. In this policy, "we," "our," or "us" refers to ARXtudio Technologies Private Limited, and "you," "user," or "visitor" refers to you as the individual using or visiting our Site.

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When you place an order, we collect information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment information. We refer to this as “Order Information.”

Personalised Product Information: If you choose to purchase a custom book, you will, by your consent, provide us with certain personal information about the child, including their name and a photo. This information is used solely for the purpose of creating the personalised storybook. 

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the Order Information to fulfil your orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing order confirmations, etc.). We also use it to screen for fraud and to communicate with you about your order or our products.

The Device Information we collect helps us screen for potential fraud and to improve and optimize our Site.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your personal information with trusted third-party partners to help us provide our services.

  • Shopify: We use Shopify to power our online store. Your data is also shared with Shopify to ensure the website and all its functions work correctly. You can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payment Processors: Your payment information is securely shared with our payment partners to process your payment.
  • AI Service Provider: To create the personalised character for your book, we use a third-party AI service. Your photo is transmitted and processed through a secure and authenticated connection for the sole purpose of creating your character. This is a private generation process, and your photo is automatically deleted from the service after a short period.
  • Printing Partners: After we create your custom book internally, we share the finalised book file with our printing partners so they can print and produce it for you.
  • Shipping Partners: We share your shipping address with our shipping partners, or in some cases, with our printing partners who then handle the shipping, to deliver your order to you.

We may also share your personal information if required by law, such as to comply with a legal request or to protect our rights.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is designed to be visited by individuals of all ages. However, all purchases and the submission of personal information for a custom book must be made by an adult of legal age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children. 

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us. 

Data Retention

The child's photo used for the custom book is automatically deleted from our records promptly after your order is delivered to you. We do, however, retain your Order Information for our records, as this is necessary for our internal auditing purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, such as for our tax and accounting.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
