In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ARXtudio Technologies Private Limited, and "you," "user," or "visitor" refers to you as the individual using or visiting our site. We offer this website, including all information and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By using our Site, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, we request that you discontinue your use of the Site.

All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on this Site, including the ARXprints brand and the final personalised storybooks you purchase, are the sole property of ARXtudio Technologies Private Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

When you submit a child’s photo and name for a custom book, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from your submitted content for the sole and exclusive purpose of creating the personalised storybook you have ordered.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or product without express written permission from us.

User Conduct

In using our Site, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Collect or track the personal information of others.
• Spam, phish, or engage in any other deceptive practices.
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related website.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of the prohibited uses. 

Products and Services

We offer personalised books and other products and services through our Site. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but please be aware that due to differences in device displays and the nature of the printing process, there may be minor variations in color or appearance between the digital preview and the final printed book.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

The Augmented Reality (AR) feature on some of our books is an added functionality designed to enhance your experience. We try our best to keep these services running smoothly. As this is not the primary product being sold, issues with the AR functionality do not impact the value of the physical product.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store. You are responsible for promptly updating your account information, such as your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Please be aware that we do not store your payment information. All payment details are securely processed by our trusted third-party payment providers.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a seamless and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

The service and all products and services delivered to you through the Site are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our Site.
