Shipping policy

Our custom books are created in-house as digital files. Once your unique book is finalised, it is sent to our printing partners who handle all production and fulfilment. All orders are then shipped directly from our printing and delivery partners' facilities. Please keep in mind that personalised books require time to be created after your order is placed. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have finalised your customised book. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.

International Shipping

Domestic shipping is our standard operation. We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are an international customer, please contact us at support@arxtudio.com for a custom shipping quote.
